Known as the Venice of America, Fort Lauderdale epitomizes tropical South Florida – a vibrant city with vacation/resort amenities. With seven miles of beautiful beaches and 165 miles of local waterways, watersport activities and boating are the soul of the city.

Fort Lauderdale is the center for cruise ship lines, yachting, boating, cultural arts, and fine dining. Its proximity to Miami and its airport makes it so attractive for residents. Living in the city of Fort Lauderdale: Homes and condos abound and a buyer can find condos on the beach along A1A, called the Ocean Highway, and homes at all price points throughout the city. There are beautiful homes lining the Intracoastal waterway, many in gated communities.

Fort Lauderdale Beach has undergone a $26-million renovation, complete with wide brick walkways, lush landscaping, and a “wave wall” with neon accent lighting. You will find jogging, biking, and just taking a stroll a pleasure in this new setting.

Whether you are looking for an oceanfront condo, small or luxurious home, you can find it. The city has everything – including a wide spectrum of the arts, and museums. Did we mention its close proximity to the Florida Keys, to Palm Beach (40 minutes north).
