I am a Real Estate Professional with Coldwell Banker Realty. I specialize in residential real estate on the Southeast coast of Florida from South Palm Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Highland Beach to Fort Lauderdale and inland to Parkland, Wellington. Having lived here for 24 years, I know the cities, neighborhoods, service providers, builders, architects, new construction projects. I have real estate attorney, tax attorney, inspector references I can provide as needed including divers with dock inspection expertise. For the clients I serve, it is about the lifestyle Florida offers them. For me it is about making it my mission to find and deliver the home of their dreams while providing a fun, seamless, elevated professional level of service.
I offer 25+ years of real estate, consulting, and marketing experience to my clients. I have worked with sellers, buyers, investors & clients doing 1031 Exchanges. As needed, I have provided investors with cash flow and return on investment scenarios. I have also helped buyers connect with builders, architects to build their dream homes. This has been fun and rewarding.
Expect The Unexpected With Me
I have a Master's in Business Administration and previously worked as a management consultant in Washington, D.C., and for a top Fortune 7 company in New Jersey before moving to Florida. I have held leadership positions to develop strategic business plans bringing in over $1.5 billion in annual recurring revenue. At times, my large complex cross-functional teams were reserved by the CEO for exclusive strategic planning purposes, including "what if" gaming. Most of my work was unprecedented. Negotiation and gaining agreement was always part of the work and fundamental to success. A colleague and I were the first in our company's history to win the Direct Marketing Association's ECHO award, the most prestigious worldwide award given for excellence in direct and digital marketing based on the creative & financial return. I was fortunate to have worked with the top consulting and advertising firms in the United States including McKinsey; Boston Consulting; Bain; A.T. Kearney Chicago; American Management Systems (AMS); Foote, Cone & Belding; Digitas; Wunderman, and more.
I have lived abroad and have traveled abroad extensively. I was one of 12 in the United States to be awarded a Rotary International Fellowship, based on local, state and national level competition and lived in Mexico City to pursue graduate studies. I travelled in Mexico, made friends from around the world and .....became fluent in Spanish. I took classes at Georgetown University in pursuit of my goal to complete a graduate degree at either Georgetown's School of Foreign Service or The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, where I was accepted to both, with the hope of entering the Diplomatic Corps. All bets were off when I met and married my husband.
I have experience handling luxury properties and have worked with clients who have hailed from many parts of the United States, from Canada, Mexico, Spain, Sweden, Germany, etc. For special clients with foreign language needs, I am able to pull in other colleagues to satisfy their language need.
Luxury designations? Yes, I earned the Berkshire Hathaway “Luxury Collection Agent Designation" based on luxury sales volume. Given new opportunities and a move to Coldwell Banker, I have continued to receive sales awards. I have earned the "Institute for Luxury Home Marketing" designation.
Oh, but There is Another Side to Me
Throughout my life, I have loved interior design, art, and architecture. Travelling has brought a greater appreciation of these interests. My home, just like yours, is a reflection of what I and my husband love. We resonate with twists on traditionalism. We have collected art over the years.
Real estate is another “variation on a theme” – I am still involved with what I have loved – helping sellers and buyers find their dream homes, their family sanctuaries. This gives me great pleasure as our homes are where we live, raise our families and where........our life stories unfold.
I stay active in the community, doing philanthropic work for a breast cancer charity and doing federal health care advocacy work in Washington, D.C. in the Senate and House and with CMS at the executive level. Over the years, I have also personally helped individuals in need.
I have traveled with my family to many countries and to the wine regions of France and Italy. Most recently my husband, sons and their wives took a family trip to Paso Robles, Montecito, Santa Barbara, Carmel, and Pebble Beach. Mine is a family of "foodies" and you may see postings from me on design, food and travel - just for fun.
