Fishing, sailing, swimming, skim-boarding, and surfing abound. The Atlantic Ocean offers the perfect setting for windsurfing, jet skiing, and, snorkeling and scuba diving enthusiasts can observe tropical undersea life, sunken ships, and communities of coral reefs.
 
Turquoise waters with palm trees and magnificent orange-pink sunsets captivate local residents and tourists. Chic waterfront restaurants and shopping exceed anyone’s expectations.
 
Fort Lauderdale is the center for cruise ship lines, yachting, boating, cultural arts, and fine dining. Its proximity to Miami and its airport makes it so attractive for residents. Fort Lauderdale residents can easily sail over to the Bahamas, the Keys. Beaches range from more touristy to serene with few bathers.
