Country Point is a lovely gated community located at the easternmost end of Parkland. This quiet neighborhood has lovely wide streets and homes sit on approximately 1/4 acre to one acre lots. Smaller waterways meander throughout the community adding to its charm. The homes consist of various one-story and two-story plans. Some of the homes feature courtyard layouts and many homes are on water. The HOA fees are low which is great for residents.

Enjoy Parkland’s finest features including the many parks and recreational activities as well as the excellent school district for your children to grow up in. Parkland also boasts the finest shopping and is conveniently located with access to all major highways.

Within 5 minutes residents can be shopping at Publix the main grocery store, and Walmart, with easy access to the Sawgrass Expressway which takes you to both I95 and the Florida Turnpike and is no more than 7 minutes away by car. Residents are only 15 minutes to the Boca Raton Towne Center Mall and about 20 minutes to the Sawgrass Mills Mall. The beach is 20 minutes due east.

The Fort Lauderdale airport is 30 minutes southeast; Miami airport is 45 minutes south; Palm Beach airport is 1 hour northeast.
