Parkland Estates is a small gated neighborhood development built by prestigious Lennar Homes and consists of 35 large estate homes built on one-quarter to one-half acre lots. A central small lake and surrounding lake add charm to this neighborhood. The homes in Parkland Estates are beautiful with a Mediterranean front exterior. Most homes have five and six bedrooms. The floor plans for the one and two-story homes vary and home sizes are typically about 3,400 to 4,400 square feet. Homes have impact windows giving energy efficiency and luxury upgrades. The entrance is lovely and a split rail fence may be seen surrounding the homes.

This small community is located adjacent to the City of Parkland’s Community Center and near the sports fields. It is across the street from Park Trails Elementary School. It is also the spot for the city’s fishing tournaments.

Parkland is small and within 5 minutes residents can be shopping at Publix the main grocery store, and Walmart, with easy access to the Sawgrass Expressway which takes you to both I95 and the Florida Turnpike is no more than 7 minutes away by car. Residents are only 15 minutes to the Boca Raton Towne Center Mall and about 20 minutes to the Sawgrass Mills Mall. The beach is 20 minutes due east.

The Fort Lauderdale airport is 30 minutes southeast; Miami airport is 45 minutes south; Palm Beach airport is 1 hour northeast.
