Parkland Place is a gated community and is located west of 441 off of Loxahatchee Road. This neighborhood was built in 1998 by Kennedy Builders. Homes are 1 and 2-story with three to five bedrooms and 2-3 car garages. Most homes in Parkland Place come with a fenced-in backyard and pool area. This neighborhood has a private park for residents.

Within 5 minutes residents can be shopping at Publix the main grocery store, and Walmart, with easy access to the Sawgrass Expressway which takes you to both I95 and the Florida Turnpike and is no more than 7 minutes away by car. Residents are only 15 minutes to the Boca Raton Towne Center Mall and about 20 minutes to the Sawgrass Mills Mall. The beach is 20 minutes due east.

The Fort Lauderdale airport is 30 minutes southeast; Miami airport is 45 minutes south; and Palm Beach airport is 1 hour northeast.
