In Palm Beach
Not much needs to be said about Palm Beach I don’t think. Beautiful city with lots to do in the way of the arts, fine dining and boating. Building has been restricted for many years but one new oceanfront luxury condo is being built. It is located along the ocean highway A1A which is filled with beautiful manicured homes with espaliered walls and stunning landscaping.
In Delray Beach
Near the beach – find condos and homes (some new construction- tear downs) in all styles. In West Delray Beach many new construction luxury country club developments. From the $500s to multi-millions. West Delray Market. Fine restaurants on Atlantic Ave, the main street. Many, many great events – food and wine festivals.
In Boca Raton
Boca Raton has so much to offer. Beautiful homes and condos + new condo developments. Cultural center with fine dining. Near airports. Many real estate choices here. Let’s talk to see what might be of interest to your clients. West Boca is typically less expensive than homes closer to the beach. Homes from $300s +. Many neighborhoods are gated with clubhouses and varying fees and amenities. Many non-gated neighborhoods as well.
In Parkland – Inland
Parkland is noted for its excellent schools and focus on families. Lots of green space, golf, equestrian opportunities. 20-30 Mins to the beach. Average price of home in February was $1.16 Million. As an example, Parkland Golf & Country Club is pure luxury and so are its homes. Non-equity social club; separate private golf club with restaurants, golf, spa, salon, tennis, swimming pools, fitness. In Fort Lauderdale
If you love boating, night life, ocean dining and proximity to the ocean…you will love Fort Lauderdale. The majority of new construction is for luxury condos.
