Cascata is a new Lennar Homes development with pre-construction pricing. The development will consist of 575 single-family homes. Homes are priced from the low $500,000s to the $900,000s. Floor plans range from four to six bedrooms and will be modern or contemporary in exterior/interior look.

 

The development also will offer home designs to meet the needs of multi-generational households headed by people who live with aging parents or adult children.
