Heron Bay Golf & Country Club is a favorite for buyers looking in Parkland. It is a gated community with 3 guard gates manned 24×7. It is a non-equity country club and boasts low monthly HOA dues. The beaches Boca Raton and Deerfield beaches are 20 minutes due east and are gorgeous with white sand and tropical aqua waters. The Intracoastal Waterway is loved by all for boating, surfboarding, wind sailing, canoeing, and kayaking. Parks, wildlife refuges, and marshes are here.

 

2 Country Clubs (Older & New): All residents have this social membership which has been included in the HOA dues. The social membership offers residents unlimited access to amenities at the clubhouse. The fitness center has many machines and is always available to community residents. There are large conference rooms available for parties, meetings, social events, and organizational events. Rental is easy.

 

Tennis: There are 12 lighted tennis courts and a very active tennis league. Tennis is loved in the community. There are many levels of players and schedules for each league of players.
