When it first opened buyers could choose their desired floor plans and upgrade packages. The Parkland Golf and Country Club offers a robust, full calendar of events for everyone. This is the only community with restaurants and a private golf club. Golf pros are available and there are golf tournaments year around. The golf club has been very generous in donating a round of golf for charitable events.  

 

Location: Located in Parkland on North University Drive just north of the intersection with Holmberg Road. Head north through this intersection and Parkland Golf and Country Club is on your left.  Parkland Golf & Country Club is conveniently located two miles north of the Sawgrass Expressway and University Drive.  From this community, it is about 20 minutes to Boca Raton’s Town Center Mall with Saks, Macy's, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, and many more stores.

 

You are convenient to the Sawgrass Expressway, Florida’s Turnpike and I-95. You are within 25-35 minutes of the Fort Lauderdale airport and Boca Raton private airport. Palm Beach Airport is about 45 minutes north and Miami Airport is 45-55 minutes depending upon traffic.  Boca Raton and Deerfield beaches are 20 minutes due east and are gorgeous with white sand and tropical aqua waters. Sports & Social Club: This is a gorgeous clubhouse with 43,000 square feet expansive outdoor loggias and views of the golf course, water, and wildlife. All residents have this social membership which has been included in the HOA dues. The social membership offers residents first-class amenities and unlimited access to amenities at the clubhouse. There is a resident grill, a poolside grill & bar, and an indoor bar with a lounge area that serves lunch, cocktails in the evening, and live music. Tennis & Fitness & Aerobics: There are 10 Har-Tru tennis courts including an exhibition court. Tennis is loved in the community. The 18-hole championship course is spectacular with three separate, beautiful landscape zones throughout: the low hammock, the cypress heads, and the pine flatland.
