Pine Tree Estates with over 633 homes was built beginning in 1974. Some of the homes were built in the late 1990s and 2000s. It is not a gated community but homes on individual streets on the north and south sides of Holmberg Road west of 441 and running to Riverside Drive. There is no Homeowner Association or HOA. The advantage of living here is land and freedom to have horses, boats, fruit orchards, etc. This “community” is near the Equestrian center and riding trails.

Many homes have guest homes and barns. Prices range from the low end to over $1 million for newer, large-estate homes.
